This basement was built by us in 2019 as a self use unit and recently we were asked to convert it to second unit dwelling. All was done with permit and inspections.

Completed in 1 month. 2 bedroom basement with Separate entrance.

Legal Basement | Georgetown

Recently completed legal basement apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 washroom, kitchen, walk-in closet, separate laundry, and living area.

The basement already had a side entrance, new Windows were added, Panel was upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp and a separate storage area for the owner was built.

Basement renovation | Brampton

Makeover of the existing dark basement to bright colors & new flooring. Also finished their unfinished closets, stairs, and furnace area for more utilization of space

Converted an old washroom to the latest version.

Old tiles, tub and pedestal sinks were taken off. New tiles, new shower planel, new Vanity and shower door was installed.

Kitchen Upgrade with Extension | Georgetown

Upgraded a Kitchen area by adding an extension to it. It is for the repeat customer. We were able to find the exact match of existing countertop which was from years ago.

Project scope: New Glass Cabinets, Countertop, base cabinets and pot lights.

Basement Laundry - Storage - Maintenance area | Georgetown

Finished a small area in the basement of a house located in Georgetown. The area consisted of Laundry, Maintenance Room, and Some storage for owners.

Vanity Countertop upgrade from Laminate to Quartz | Georgetown

Double sink Vanity upgraded to double vessel sink with Quartz.

Quick turnaround and changed whole look of the washroom.

New Legal Basement built in Halton Hills/Georgetown

Built a 3 bedroom 2 washroom Legal basement with permit in Georgetown with Separate Entrance and with Separate storage area for owners. Premium finishes like doors, flooring, appliances, kitchen etc.

Furnace area, Electrical panel, any shutoff valves were moved to owners area so that owner has all the access and doesnt need to go rental unit for seasonal maintenance like shutting off the value, filters etc.

Laundry addition on 1st floor | Georgetown

Created additional space for laundry on 1st floor. Moved the closet in the room and utilized the space from closet for laundry. As the space was just beside the washroom, so it was convenient to put water connection and drainage. Rest the left was running the wires from top floor to basement panel.

Kitchen Renovation | Brampton

Removed the old kitchen cabinets and laminated countertop. Installed new Kitchen with Quartz and new tiles on the floor. Addition of pot lights, undercabinet lights, upper cabinet lights and pendant lights.

Flooring upgrade | Brampton

Removed carpeting through out the house and installed hardwood flooring with new oak stairs.
